As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for implementing top-quality solutions on Salesforce platform and making users’ wishes come true. You will work closely with a technical architect to design and develop the most suitable, efficient, highly scalable and user-friendly solutions for the clients’ needs. You will need to combine various technologies to build code (or no-code) for database automations, UI extensions, system integrations, and many others. Based on your seniority, you will also be highly involved in other phases of the development lifecycle, such as the initial technical design, or the devops process.

This is a full time role located in Prague with flexibility for remote work. 

What would be your daily bread? 

• Work within the project team and implement technical solutions based on the given requirements.

• Identify potential technical obstacles or limitations of the given design and raise them to the project team.

• Learn new technologies and be able to incorporate them into a Salesforce-specific solution, if needed.

• Follow the company coding (and no-coding) standards, apply the best practices and existing reusable assets, and potentially contribute to the company knowledge base.

• Document delivered solutions in both business and technical ways.

• Share and gain knowledge with the rest of the team (code review sessions, tech talks).

• Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to client projects.

• Based on your seniority you may also:

• Participate in the early stages of technical design, bring solutions and discuss the whole technical architecture.

• Be responsible for the full development lifecycle, including designing, implementing and running the deployment and release processes.

What should you bring with you?

Whether you are a junior, medior, or senior developer, let’s talk. But in general we expect: 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

• Orientation on details and responsibility to meet deadlines.

• At least 2 years of extensive experience with developing on Salesforce platform (knowledge of apex, flow, lwc, integration patterns, …) 

• Other general development skills - at least basic knowledge about object oriented design patterns, database management, version control systems, release management, etc.

• English on a high level (C1), it will be your second daily language. 

Desired Certifications: 

• Salesforce Platform Developer I is the base, anything more is a plus.

• Salesforce platform knowledge is well preferred over a specific product (cloud) knowledge.

• If you are not a certification person but focus on delivering high-quality products and projects, certifications are not a show-stopper.
