As the AI Team Lead at FLO Data, you’ll be right at the heart of our AI journey, helping us build something incredible from the ground up!

You’ll manage and mentor your team, making sure everyone’s on track and motivated. You’ll be the driving force behind our AI projects - leading everything from brainstorming sessions to seeing your ideas come to life. We want someone who’s always on the lookout for the latest in AI - especially Generative AI - and is eager to bring that cutting-edge knowledge to the table.  
You’ll be collaborating with other teams to make sure our AI solutions fit seamlessly into the bigger picture. Clear communication is key - whether you’re explaining complex technical details to your team or breaking down project progress to stakeholders. Plus, you’ll be setting up metrics to measure how well our AI initiatives are performing, always looking for ways to improve. 

👍 What You’ll Need: 

• Technical Expertise: To crush it in this role, you’ll need a solid background in machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and regression analysis. Expertise in Python, Databricks, PySpark, and hands-on experience with MLOps, data science, and ML engineering. 

• Leadership & Strategy: You know how to lead and mentor a team, keeping everyone motivated and aligned with company goals. 

• Project Management: You’ve successfully managed AI/ML projects from start to finish, making sure they land on time, within scope, and on budget. 

• Innovation Mindset: You’re passionate about staying on the cutting edge of AI and love exploring the latest trends, especially in Generative AI. 

• Clear Communication: You can explain complex technical concepts to anyone, whether it’s your team or company stakeholders.
